Donations

Berry Men's Shed concept began as a result of a donation of tools to Berry Uniting Church from a member of the congregation. Thanks to the support and generosity of the local community, five months later the Shed was a viable entity, fitted out entirely with donated and 'loaned' tools. Over the first two years of existence all tools on loan have been returned to their owner. These have been replaced or upgraded to industrial strength machinery and tools purchased with money raised from projects constructed for the community. The Shed has received support from various federal and state government department grants and individual foundations.

The Shed has become a vital community organisation, helping Members and the community. Donations are welcome and needed in our endeavor to make the Shed a self-supporting entity. Donations over $2.00 are Tax Deductible.
